Water Rates

QUARTERLY WATER RATES TO METERED CUSTOMERS

These water rates went into effect on January 1, 2024.  The last rate increase was January 1, 2015.  All customers pay a quarterly minimum for delivery of water to your property.  Within this minimum charge customers receive free water.  The rates and charges are as follows:

For the first              1,200 cubic feet (cf) per quarter     $97.68 (1,200 cf = 8,976 gallons)

For the next             7,800 cf per quarter                     $  3.10 (per 100 cf or 748 gallons)

For all in excess of    9,000 cf per quarter                     $  1.22 (per 100 cf or 748 gallons)

*Our average residential customer uses 1,800 cf (13,464 gallons) of water per quarter.  This results in a water bill of $115.74 per quarter, or $1.29/day.
